Moernaut is a shoe shop in Dendermonde with more than 80 years of experience, or ‘shoexperience’. FAVORITE! previously devised the communication concept #deeljemoment (#shareyourmoment) and was now asked to develop a campaign for the 2017-2018 winter collection. It had to fit into the existing concept, but also increase the brand awareness of Moernaut. 

Focus on customers

Within the framework of #deeljemoment, the shoe has always been the central subject of previous campaigns. This time we wanted to go one step further and put the spotlight on Moernaut’s customers. For the winter collection, we introduced three people who each have their own story, personality and vision on shoes. 






Videos and advertisements

The selected customers explain why Schoenen Moernaut is the perfect shop for them and what they find important. This resulted in three short films that we distributed via the website, Facebook and in the shop. In addition, we developed derivative advertisements that appeared in numerous national and regional publications.
